Here you will feel from day one, the positive energy, an intimate luxury and the love that you will receive through our hospitality.
“The House was built in 1972 from my father and his brother. But the story begins with my grandmother, a real Skiathitissa, who met my grandfather when he worked as Mathematics Professor in Skiathos. Many years of love and family happiness followed…
After a while, somewhere in Egypt, my father was born. When he grew up and started his own family, he returned with his brother to Skiathos with the dream to build a holiday home in the place they loved and never forgot”.
For me The Sea House Skiathos is the sea home of my childhood, full of countless memories and beautiful moments. Is something like my “secret treasure”, hidden and surrounded by Koukounaries and flooded by Aegean’s blue, sea breeze in the center of a magnificent maritime small city.
The Sea House Skiathos was completely renovated in 2017-2019 and started working as a resort in 2019. It’s a maisonette 115 m., a three- storey building with tiled roof, three other autonomous apartments surrounded by pine trees and poplars.
Our reception area is on the first level of the building. There are also two large comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom, while on the second floor is the living/ dining room, the kitchen, the second bathroom and a large terrace with breathtaking view on Aegean Sea. The Sea House Skiathos can accommodate up to five people and there is a playpen for one to serve a family with a baby.
