I am writing this review as the ferry pulls away from Skiathos, the end of an idyllic week spent at The Sea House. This accommodation is perfect in every way: steps from the beach, spotlessly clean with every amenity, stylishly furnished, an unbeatable view and a host who is beyond gracious.

With such a spectacular property, you could imagine a more opportunistic host taking their guests for granted: that was not the case here. I will never forget the view
I would definitely recommend the Sea House. The property: Is very nice, very clean and well equiped. The beds are comfortable, the terrace and the balcony are a dream come true.There is plenty of storage space and the kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook.
Bathrooms are clean, the towels are of good quality. The location: for us, it was ideal. Not to close to the center, but not too far and very close to the beach. Yes, there a small hill from the beach to the property but it was no issue for my 4 yo or my 55/59 yo parents.It’s the price you pay for the idilic view you get from the terrace and balcony. Having breakfast on the terrace, having a drink at night on the terrace is awesome.Waking up and seeing the sea from the bed is also something special. It’s a 5 minute walk to the beach, there are plenty of restaurants in the area and it’s a 12 minute walk to the old port. Even if the property is close to the streets we had no issues sleeping at night. The owner: Despina is the perfect host. I cannot describe how helpful she was. I had a medical emergency and she offered to take me to the clinic, she arranged everything and made the appointments. Everytime we had questions or we needed help she answered the call or the message. She arranged our airport transfer and the cleaning was spotless. She acted as our guide and we are thankfull for that, she definitely is an exemple for every property owner out there.

Even before arriving at the apartment, contact was made with the landlady DESPINA and there was a feeling that we were about to reach a pleasant apartment.
Upon arriving at the apartment we realized that we were not mistaken and this is a lovely fully equipped apartment that has all necessary for a pleasant stay. The view from the house is nothing short of stunning and more beautiful than we expected from the photos on the site. DESPINA’s attention to every detail of the home and concern for our well-being and amenities were above and beyond expected. The house was in an excellent location close to the mainstreet beaches’ supermarkets and restaurants, The combination of a perfect apartment with hospitality and care for every detail by DESPINA made our vacation no less than perfect. 0I highly recommend the house. We have no doubt that we will soon return to our “home” in Skiathos
